Student Bar Association President 2003-2004 Student Bar Association Vice President 2002-2003 Editor and Contributing Writer of The Voir Dire Moot Court Award - Best Oral Argument Moot Court Award - Written Brief Honorable Mention with Distinction Victor Bertolani Award While in school, Jason served as the Student Bar Association President and Editor of the school newspaper The Voir Dire. Jason was the recipient of the Moot Court award for Best Oral Argument and was the 2004 recipient of the Victor Bertolani Award and Scholarship for outstanding graduate most representative of Lincoln Law School of Sacramento. During his final year Jason was acknowledged as a Certified Law Student by the California State Bar and worked as an intern for the Sacramento County Public Defender’s Office representing indigent defendants in the Sacramento Superior Court. Jason has been with the Law Offices of Alan M. Laskin since January of 2006 has worked exclusively in the Personal Injury field since being admitted to the California State Bar. Jason handles all aspects of our client’s cases from intake through settlement negotiation process and litigation.
