Jared primarily practices Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 consumer and small business bankruptcy. He also handles personal injury and insurance bad faith claims for the firm.
EDUCATION
Jared received his Bachelor in Science degree in Microbiology and Chemistry from California State University at Chico in 2002, his Master of Science degree in Microbiology from Colorado State University in 2004, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2007.
During law school Jared was a member of the Dean’s List and earned the Kierney Foundation Scholarship. Jared also earned a Certificate in International Legal Studies in a joint venture of the Universität Salzburg and the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2005.
